I half expected campus police to show up after the egg incident. Great work!
There are several ionization methods; but for electron impact (the most common), a high energy electron beam hits the molecules in the gas phase, making them to lose an electron (ionising) and to fragment in a predictable way, producing the spectrum
i enjoyed your video…i thought you worked well with what you had….that is an egg and some friends
Good job but you should also mention how molecules are ionised and accelerated. The ms only works becuase the every molecule has unique mass to charge ratio.
